Join Dick Whittington and his cat Tommy as they seek to make their fortune. As they strive to foil the evil Queen Rat and her pretty evil junior rats, they are joined by Sarah, Idle Jack, Fitzwarren and his daughter Alice. They are helped along the way by the magical Fairy Bowbells .
