The first play in The Guild of Players 2018-19 Murder Mystery season:

9-12 October - Snake in the Grass by Alan Ayckbourn

20-23 February - A Spot of Murder by Geoff Bamber

10-13 April - Dead Guilty by Richard Harris

Miriam has cared for her ill father for the last 15 years in the family home with the help of a creepily polite nurse Alice.

When father dies, his estranged daughter Annabel returns to find she has been left the bulk of his estate.  Behind Miriam’s back, Alice tells Annabel that her father suspected Miriam of trying to kill him and that she was sacked because she confronted her.  What follows is a tale of blackmail, murder and suspense.

Can you work out what is going on before the end of the play?
